Brand Identity for Placemaker Developments, Placemaker Construction and the overarching Placemaker Group. We love Placemaker's approach and philosophy of building communities rather than simply residential "boxes in the sky". They are invested in each of their communities at the ground level and care deeply about how their projects will impact the people and neighbourhoods in which they build. It is this philosophy which informed the brand identity. It considers all aspects of the project plan (floorplans, the building plan, community plan, etc.), and envisions the human scale and experience in each one.
